About the Company of Good Fellowship programme
The COG Fellowship is NVPC’s flagship programme to groom senior managers who want to catalyse change to benefit both business and community.
Starting in April 2026, the 16-week programme is designed to enable practitioners across the private and public sectors to better articulate what ‘purpose’ looks like for them and in everyday business. It is well-suited for individuals from a variety of roles including HR, Communications, Organisational Development and Sustainability.
