The Green Performance Pledge (GPP) is a platform to connect like-minded tenants. We see the GPP Annual Award Ceremony as an opportunity for tenants and Swire Properties team to meet and exchange insights.


This Pre-event Exclusive: “Green Ideas Forum” aims to facilitate dialogue and sharing between sustainability professionals and green team members working at Swire Properties’ portfolios.


In addition, the Business Environment Council (BEC) will share insights on tenants’ ESG/sustainability capacity building needs (results from a recent survey) and unveil upcoming opportunities exclusive to GPP tenants. Details are as follows:
