Join us for the Singapore Mediation Lecture 2022 during Singapore Convention Week. This year’s event will take shape as a dialogue to promote engagement and discussion with you, the audience. The theme for the dialogue will be “A historical perspective of dispute resolution in the region – what lessons can we draw for today?”
In a world defined by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, looking back at history helps to inform our understanding, bring clarity, and give us ideas on how we can innovate for the future.
This dialogue features eminent panellists that will start by covering how history has shaped the evolution of dispute resolution in the region and the preferences for and use of various dispute resolution mechanisms.
The discussion will then shift to looking forward, to unpack the lessons that dispute resolution can learn in today’s context, with a focus on mediation.
