ABOUT THE APTRA INDIA CONFERENCE 2026
The APTRA India Conference 2026 is the premier gathering of the most influential leaders in travel retail and duty free and the commercial aviation sector in India
Owned and managed by APTRA, the Asia Pacific Travel Retail Association, the 2026 conference is the third in a series that started in Delhi in 2024 before moving to Mumbai in 2025.
We are thrilled to welcome Bangalore International Airport Limited as the Platinum Host Partner in 2026.
Designed as a professional business event for the travel retail and duty free community and for airports and other stakeholders, the conference will provide detailed insights and knowledge sharing of the Indian duty free and travel retail market and the dynamics driving its stellar growth, including the burgeoning influence of the Indian traveller across the global industry.
Attendees and speakers include C-level executives and senior buying teams from airports, travel retail and duty free retailers, brands, distributors and specialist sector consultants.
Registration is open to delegates working within the Travel Retail, Duty Free and Airport community.

US$600 full delegate pass per person, includes access to all aspects of the conference programme including evening receptions.

Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) have kindly offered to provide letters of invitation to any delegate whose nationality requires a business visa. Further details will be available w/c 8 December 2025. Please note that APTRA and BIAL are unable to assist further with visa applications beyond the provision of a letter of invitation.
