Presented by the Hong Kong-ASEAN Foundation (‘Foundation’), the ASEAN Film Festival (‘Festival’) is a not-for-profit platform showcasing films from ASEAN countries to promote cultural exchanges and mutual understanding through the medium of film.
- The submission timing for this application form is determined by the server's receipt of the submitted application. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- One (1) person per ticket. Participants must adhere to the age requirements for each event (where applicable).
- Tickets must not be sold and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Personal information provided by applicants will only be used for communication, processing applications, and ticket arrangements for this event. All personal information will be deleted within 60 days following the closure of the Festival.
- All persons and items may be subject to security checks at the Museum entrances and within the Museum. The Museum reserves the right not to allow any item we deem inappropriate to be brought into the Museum.
- No food, drink, or chewing gum in the Auditorium.
- Participants must understand and abide by the terms and conditions of the venue. For detailed information, please refer to the official website of the Hong Kong Palace Museum.
- By participating in the Event, all participants shall be regarded as having agreed that the Hong Kong-ASEAN Foundation owns any and all of the photos and/or videos taken at or during the Event and legal rights thereof, including copyright and usage rights. All such photos and/or videos may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
- The Foundation and the screening venue reserve the absolute right to deny entry for latecomers or to determine an appropriate entry time and method, and to refuse entry or request the departure of any participant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior, without liability. For safety reasons, the Foundation and the screening venue reserve the right to restrict participants' access to the events.
- The Foundation and the screening venue reserve the right to cancel or change the schedule without prior notice.
- The Foundation reserves the right to amend, modify, or alter these terms and conditions at any time. In case of any disputes, the Foundation reserves the right of the final decision.
