Dear Advisers,
The iFAST 30 Million Programme (i30MP) is an initiative designed to assist financial advisers in building an eventual AUA of $30 million within the next 10 years. The program focuses on various key components to achieve this goal:
1. LGI-iFAST Trigger Point Investment Strategy (LTP):
As a core element of this programme, advisers will be trained on the LGI-iFAST Trigger Point Investment Strategy and will be using this strategy as the primary way to build their AUA. To fully realise the strategy, advisers will be utilising 8 LGI-iFAST Discretionary portfolios that adopts a rules-based system of relying on specified trigger points to initiate buy or sell calls.
2. Accreditation Course and Certification:
Advisers participating in the i30MP will undergo an Accreditation Course and Certification for the LGI-iFAST Trigger Point Investment Strategy. This ensures that advisers are well-versed and officially recognized for their proficiency in implementing this strategy.
3. Soft Skills Training:
The program acknowledges the importance of soft skills in the advisory role. By empowering advisers with effective soft skills, the goal is to enable you to persuasively guide clients towards rational investment behaviour.
4. Client Seminar Support:
Regular client seminars are provided to support advisers. These seminars serve multiple purposes, including lead closure and providing clients with updates on the portfolio. This not only contributes to client engagement but also aids in expanding the adviser's client base.

The training will be conducted by Veteran Investment Practitioner, Mark Liu.
The training session will include, understanding the strategy, soft skills training on how to present to clients and ending off with the quiz to test advisers' knowledge on the strategy.
