*Terms and Conditions
1. “HKBN OpenClaw Workshop” (“Workshop”) is only applicable to new or existing customers (“Customers”) of Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (“HKBN”).
2. If the Customer uses their own device for the installation of the OpenClaw service, the Customer acknowledges that the installation process will require formatting the device and erasing all existing data. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all data is properly backed up prior to installation.
3. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that installation outcomes may vary depending on device model, configuration, or other factors, and HKBN does not guarantee successful completion of the installation in all circumstances.
4. HKBN shall not be liable for any data loss, file corruption, or any damage to device hardware or equipment arising from or in connection with the installation process (including but not limited to failure or interruption) or the use of the service.
5. Any payments made to HKBN are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. If there are discrepancies between the Chinese and the English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
7. HKBN reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Workshop, and / or amend the applicable terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. If there is any dispute, the decision of HKBN shall be final.
