The Regulation of the European Union with regards to the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) , adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by industrial use of chemicals, is relevant to QIAGEN and its OEM partners.
