Dear LPs and friends,
Given recent escalated COVID 19 cases seen in Shanghai in the last two weeks, our Shanghai office has been requested by the local government to close down to prevent the continued spread of the virus. All of our colleagues are now working from home. As a result, we would like to postpone our online LP meeting currently scheduled on Mar 29 (Tuesday) at 2 pm until our Shanghai office reopens. The exact timing has yet been determined. We will inform you of the date for our rescheduled LP meeting as our Shanghai office receives clarity from the government concerning the timing of reopening. It will likely be towards the middle of April.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused as we understand quite many of you are looking forward to the meeting. In the meantime, we will be releasing our LP meeting agenda and notes to your respective Intralink accounts. We will be happy to schedule one on one calls with you should you want to go through the contents of our LP meeting before the actual meeting takes place likely next month.
