The Vital Spire Excellence awards is an event to recognise public service officers for outstanding service and public organisations’ achievements in organisational excellence and in implementing best practices.
It aims to honour individuals who have risen above the challenges and made a remarkable impact during their service, most especially amidst the massive disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The COVID-19 has taken its toll around the world but it also pushed many to innovate and reinvent initiatives to better serve the public.
