Packed with laughter and action, this is the third instalment of the Abang Long Fadil franchise. Abang Long Fadil got an offer from the N.S.S. (National Secret Service) to become an agent or professional spy in bringing down the largest gang S.S.O. (Secret Society Organization) led by Chow Han. Chow Han and his group have evil intentions to conquer the country and take over the government from the President of the Republic. Agent Fadil and Agent Alice are sent to work together to defeat this conspiracy. The mission becomes more complicated when Fadil's ex-girlfriend Yana interferes. Chow Han realizes that he has been spied on by the N.S.S., so he sends a King Cobra assassin to eliminate Abang Long Fadil and Alice.

《特務花鵰》系列來到第三部，繼續笑住執行任務，引爆連場動作場面。今次花鵰獲選為國家級特工，必須全力剷除由周漢領頭的秘密組織SSO，該組織正密謀推翻政權，統領國家。特務花鵰與拍檔特務愛麗絲正要聯手對付一眾惡人，卻被花鵰前度介入搞局。與此同時，周漢發現被國家盯上，號召殺手對付花鵰及愛麗絲。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Presented by the Hong Kong-ASEAN Foundation (‘Foundation’), the ASEAN Film Festival (‘Festival’) is a not-for-profit platform showcasing films from ASEAN countries to promote cultural exchanges and mutual understanding through the medium of film.

1. The submission timing for this registration form is determined by the server's receipt of the submitted registration. Late submission will not be accepted.
2. Tickets are available on a first come first serve basis while stocks last. Free Seating.
3. One (1) person per ticket regardless of age. Participants must meet the age requirement for the screening activity (where applicable).
4. Tickets must not be sold and cannot be exchanged for cash or other item.
5. Personal information provided by the registrants will be used only for communication, processing registration and ticket arrangements for the Festival, and will be processed solely by the Foundation and the screening venues and their appointed agent(s). All personal information will be deleted within 60 days following the closure of the Festival.
6. By participating in the Festival activity, the participant unconditionally and irrevocably agrees without compensation to allow the Foundation to take his/her photos and videos at or during the activity for marketing or publicity purpose. The participant will not acquire any ownership, copyright, or right to use such materials.
7. Participants shall abide by the terms and conditions of the screening venues which are available for information on the official websites of the screening venues.
8. The Foundation and the screening venues reserve the absolute right to decline entry to latecomers or to determine an appropriate entry time and method, and to refuse entry or request the departure of any participant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or behaves inappropriately in the activity, without liability. For safety reasons, the Foundation and the screening venues reserve the right to restrict any participant's access to the activity.
9. The Foundation and the screening venues reserve the right to cancel or change the screening schedule without prior notice.
10. The Foundation reserves the right to amend, modify or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of any disputes, the Foundation shall have the right of final decision.

In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

條款及細則

東盟電影節（「電影節」）由香港-東盟協會（「協會」）主辦，為非牟利平台，透過電影推廣與東盟國家的文化交流和了解。

1. 所有提交登記表格的時間以伺服器接收遞交資料之時間為準，逾期無效。
2. 戲票數量有限，先到先得，額滿即止。不設劃位。
3. 每張戲票只限一 (1) 人入場（不論年齡）。參加者須符合放映活動的年齡要求（如適用）。
4. 戲票不得轉售，亦不可兌換現金或其他物品。
5. 登記者的個人資料只用作電影節的聯絡、處理登記和票務安排，及由協會及放映場地及其代理使用。所有個人資料將在電影節結束後60天內刪除。
6. 參加者參加電影節活動，即視爲無條件及不可撤銷地無償同意及允許協會在活動期間拍攝閣下的照片和視頻並用於宣傳或推廣用途。參加者將不會獲得該等材料的所有權、版權或使用權。
7. 參加者須遵守放映場地的條款及細則，請參考放映場地官方網站的詳細信息。
8. 協會及放映場地保留權利拒絕遲到者入場，或決定合適的入場時間及方式；亦有權拒絕任何不遵守本條款及細則或於活動中有不當行為的參加者入場或要求其離場，而不須承擔任何責任。基於安全理由，協會及放映場地保留限制任何人士參加活動的權利。
9. 協會及放映場地保留權利隨時取消或更改放映日程，恕不事先通知。
10. 協會保留權利隨時修改本條款及細則。如有任何爭議，協會將有最終決定權。

如中、英文版本有任何不一致或歧義，應以英文版本為準。
