In the recent months, the ECCT’s Intellectual Property Committee has asked ECCT members for feedback on how (and if) they protect their intellectual property in Taiwan. This event will reveal the findings of the survey. Intellectual property covers trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets and domain names of a company, with added complexities depending on the business sector of the company. The speaker will also share how European companies can best protect their intellectual property in Taiwan and stay updated on related regulations.
