The 2025 ADR in Asia Conference is the flagship event of Hong Kong Arbitration Week. This year, as we celebrate HKIAC’s 40th anniversary we are proud to present the theme “40 Years of Innovation and Excellence: Celebrating the Past, Embracing the Present, Shaping the Future of International Arbitration”.
Marking the significance of the occasion we are delighted to announce that the Keynote Address will be delivered by The Honourable Madam Justice Mimmie Chan, Judge of the Court of First Instance, and Judge in charge of the Construction and Arbitration List of the High Court since 2013.
This year’s dynamic programme will feature a reflection on HKIAC’s four decades of leadership and innovation, featuring landmark milestones and insights from past and present leaders. The programme also includes significant industry leaders examining the evolving role of institutions, senior in-house counsel sharing their strategies for navigating transformative change, the impact of global shifts on the practice of arbitration by leading practitioners from diverse regions, the launch of the ICCA Hong Kong Congress Book (presented by Audley Sheppard, ICCA President-Elect and Chiann Bao, Independent Arbitrator and ICCA Governing Board Member), insights from companies leading technological innovation, and ends the day with an interactive gameshow focused on the ‘Future of Arbitration’, featuring an eclectic mix of senior practitioners and rising stars who will engage the audience to uncover the future of arbitration!
