    Black Point Power Station is one of the world’s largest gas-fired combined-cycle power stations installed with 8 GE F-Class Combined Cycled Gas Turbine Units and 2 Siemens H-Class Combined Cycled Gas Turbine Unit​s. It uses ultra-low-sulphur diesel as a backup fuel source. ​

    Black Point Power Station is Hong Kong's first natural gas-fired power station which is serving one-third of Hong Kong’s power demand now.

    The tour of Black Point Power Station features a variety of exhibits that allow visitors to learn about the power generation process, the diverse fuel mix strategies, the latest renewable energy technologies, and CLP’s roles and responsibilities in road to Zero Carbon Future.
