This year’s conference, themed “One Vision, One Direction”, is a premier opportunity to exchange forward-thinking ideas, recharge our collective energy, and strengthen the strategic bonds across our network.
Hotel Accommodation
A standard room has been organized for every delegate at the NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding for the duration of the conference, for 3 nights (Check-in date: 28 October 2026; Check-out date: 31 October 2026), and is covered by the delegate fee (inclusive of breakfast).

Extended Stay
We will book your accommodation for the entire duration indicated on the registration form; however, you will need to arrange payment for any additional nights' accommodation upon check-out.
The hotel may have availability from 27 October to 1 November at a preferential rate (€242 per night includes VAT, inclusive of breakfast). Please note that availability for additional nights before 27 October or after 1 November cannot be guaranteed.
If we are unable to secure accommodation for the additional nights you require, we will contact you accordingly.

Please note that the optional companion tours are subject to a minimum number of participants and are not guaranteed to take place. Selecting a tour during registration is an expression of interest only and does not constitute a confirmed booking.
The conference team will confirm whether the tour will proceed and, if so, will contact interested participants with further details and provide a separate payment link to complete the booking.
