of or taken at the Event) in any form and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the HKSTP Gallery, websites, mobile applications, social media platforms, online and offline publications, press releases, promotional campaigns,
internal communications, presentations and marketing or publicity materials, worldwide and for unlimited duration, for the purposes of promotion, marketing, publicity, reporting or documentation of the Event and/or the activities of the Organiser and HKSTP,
without any fee, royalty or other consideration payable to you. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final form of any such use and any moral rights (to the extent permissible under applicable law) in such materials.
