In this session, Fung Chiang, Head of the Jewels, Watches and Handbags Department of Poly Auction Hong Kong, will also share insights on the functionality of jewelry, the symbolic meaning of different gemstones, and how to choose the right jewelry to complement your style and persona.
About Sara Jane Ho
Hong Kong native and global traveler, Sara Jane Ho is an internationally renowned etiquette expert, author, and host of her own Daytime Emmy-nominated show Mind Your Manners on Netflix. Sara Jane's surprisingly down-to-earth demeanor and genuine passion and gift for helping others transform their lives cemented the success of her feel-good makeover reality show. Her etiquette book Mind Your Manners: How to be your best self in any situation guides readers on how to thrive socially in a variety of situations, in her signature cheeky yet pragmatic style.
She is also CEO and cofounder of Antevorta, an intimate wellness brand inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, which is an extension of her mission to help women through the world with confidence.
Sara Jane grew up in Papua New Guinea, UK and Hong Kong. She attended Phillips Exeter Academy, Georgetown University and Harvard Business School. She currently sits on the College Board of Advisors for Georgetown and lives between Shanghai, New York and LA.
About Fung Chiang
With seventeen years of experience in jewelry auctions, Mr. Chiang is dedicated to providing valuation services and collection advice. He has travelled extensively for valuation services, consignment, and touring previews, gaining a profound understanding of the jewelry market. Leveraging his professional knowledge and experience, he significantly contributed to the success of Christie's Jewelry Department, setting a record for the highest Asian jewelry auction in “Hong Kong Magnificent Jewels” in the Spring Auctions 2015, with a total transaction amount exceeding HKD 900 million. He also achieved a high-value transaction of HKD 60 million for a single lot of jadeite bangle in Spring Auctions 2023 at Poly Auction Hong Kong, establishing a new world auction record for the highest price for a jadeite bangle. Beyond business development, Mr. Chiang actively participates in industry events, forums, and academic lectures, contributing to the advancement of the jewelry auction market.

Sara Jane Ho的簡介
Sara Jane Ho 何佩蓉女士是中國香港人，也是國際公民，她於 2013 年創辦了中國第一所精修禮儀學校—瑞雅禮儀。從那時起，她就將自己的全球禮儀法運用到了獲得日間艾美獎提名的 Netflix 節目《國際禮儀指南》（Mind Your Manners）中，指導國際學員做最好的自己。隨後，她在美國出版了一本名為《Mind Your Manners: How to best your best self in any situation》的英文禮儀書，以她標誌性的俏皮而務實的風格，教導讀者如何應對各種不同的情況。而其實早在2016年，Sara就在中國出版了中信集團發行的中文禮儀暢銷書《生而優雅·淑媛禮儀》。
Sara也是 Antevorta安黛沃特的CEO和聯合創始人，這是一個受傳統中醫啟發的私密護理品牌，也是她幫助女性自信面對世界的使命的延伸。
Sara在巴布亞紐幾內亞、英國和中國香港長大。她曾就讀於菲利普斯埃克塞特學院(Phillips Exeter Academy)、喬治城大學(Georgetown University)和哈佛商學院(Harvard Business School)。她是喬治城大學學院顧問委員會成員。目前生活在上海和紐約。
蔣肇丰先生的簡介
蔣肇丰先生是珠寶拍賣行業的領軍人物，於珠寶拍賣領域深耕十七載，多年來誠摯為藏家提供頂尖服務及收藏建議。他經常走訪世界各地進行估值服務、委託以及巡迴預展，因此對珠寶市場瞭如指掌。憑藉專業知識和豐富經驗，在任職佳士得期間協助珠寶部門締造多項拍賣紀錄，成績屢創高峰，包括在2015年春拍「孔祥熙家族珍藏珠寶及翡翠首飾拍賣」以超過港幣9億港元的總成交額，創下亞洲區珠寶拍賣最高紀錄。在2023年保利香港拍賣春季拍賣會中，他以6000萬港元高價成交了一枚翡翠手鐲，創下拍賣史上最高成交價翡翠手鐲的紀錄。除了業務拓展，蔣先生積極參與行業活動、論壇和學術講座，為珠寶拍賣市場的發展作出貢獻。
